Child Care Licensing & Enforcement
The Child Care Licensing and Enforcement (CCLE) Section of the Children’s Services Administration Division of the Human Services Department is responsible for the implementation of the state-mandated licensing of all child care facilities in Broward County. We are the front door for to find information on services and programs. We are families’ source for child care and parenting related needs. There is no charge for our services to parents or providers. ELC of Miami-Dade/Monroe offers referrals, not recommendations.
