Multiple development applications have been filed with the City of Miramar to allow a drive-thru restaurant on an outparcel of the Monarch Town Center development, located by the northwest corner of the intersection between Miramar Parkway and Flamingo Road.
The City of Miramar will hold a Public Land Use Hearing on these applications as noted below:
CITY COMMISSION HEARING: Thursday, September 22, 2022 @ 7:00 PM
The public hearing will be held at the Commission Chambers of Miramar Town Center City Hall, 2300 Civic Center Place, Miramar, Florida, 33025. The City Commission will make a final decision regarding these applications.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at this meeting. Written comments received prior to the public hearing will be made a part of the official record on the matter.
Information regarding the application, including a written report, may be obtained prior to the City Commission Hearing from the Building, Planning & Zoning Department at 2200 Civic Center Place, Miramar, Florida. The Department can be reached by phone at (954) 602-3264 or email@example.com. Please refer to the application number when calling. The public hearing may be continued from time to time.
