Lottery Registration Deadline expired on May 27, 2021
City of Miramar has purchased and rehabilitated two properties which are available for sale to income qualified households . Sale of the properties will be conducted through a lottery process with Purchase Assistance from the City of up to $140,000.
Applicants are required to contact a lender to be pre-approved for a mortgage. Applicant(s) may use any lender as long as the lender agrees to the NSP underwriting criteria located at Community Revitalization Affiliates, Inc. A list of lenders who have worked with the Program can be found on the website.
Community Redevelopment Associates of Florida staff will contact applicants to schedule an appointment to attend the open house upon receipt/review of the lender pre-approval letter. Pre-approval letter must be received by May 27, 2021. Download Lottery Quick Guide Download Registration Form
