CPR/AED Classes

American Heart Association CPR/AED


This American Heart Association (AHA) course is designed for those with little or no medical training.

Instructor led courses teach participants critical skills needed to respond to and manage both adult and pediatric emergencies in the first few minutes until fire-rescue arrives and takes over.

This Heartsaver course covers adult CPR/AED use as well as child and infant CPR/AED use. Adult and child/infant choking are also covered.

  • 3 hours from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

  • $50~ last Monday of every month

AHA Healthcare Provider 



This American Heart Association course is designed primarily for the individual working in a wide variety of healthcare settings. It is a more advanced course than the Heartsaver course we offer.

It gives the student the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. This course goes over both adult and child/infant emergencies.

  • 3 hours from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

$55~ last Monday of every month


AHA Healthcare Provider w/ First Aid

  • 4 hours from 5 p.m to 9 p.m.

Payment must be received one week in advance of class. Please pay at the Administrative offices located at 14801 SW 27th Street, Miramar, FL 33027. Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

City of Miramar employees will not be charged, but must bring their City Identification to the class.
