Ticket Policy

All orders carry a transaction fee. All sales are final.
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Lap tickets are available for select performances.

Order Fees & Methods of Payment

All orders are subject to additional convenience fee. The amount varies depending on the type of event and the method of purchase. Tickets purchased in person at the Box Office will be charged a $2 per ticket handling fee. Tickets purchased by phone or over the internet will be subject to a 10.5% convenience charge per order. The Box Office accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash. Miramar Cultural Center gift certificates for all Miramar Cultural Center sponsored events are also available at the box office.

Group Discount

The Miramar Cultural Center / ArtsPark offers a discount on select performances of typically 10% or more on tickets purchased for groups of over 10 people. Call 954 602-4500 to purchase or for more information.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges for tickets may be made between "Miramar Cultural Center Presented" events only. Exchanges are not compatible between organizations. Exchanges must be made at least 48 hours before your original ticketed event. There is a charge of $5 per order exchanged.

Tickets are non-refundable.

Please retain your original tickets to redeem your new tickets upon presentation at the Miramar Cultural Center/ArtsPark Box Office. Requests for ticket exchanges will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the performance date of the tickets you are holding. This provides the Miramar Cultural Center/ArtsPark Box Office the opportunity to resell the exchanged tickets. The difference in ticket price will be charged when upgrading your tickets to a more expensive night or seat.

Will Call / Lost Tickets

In the event that you have lost your tickets, please visit the Miramar Cultural Center/ArtsPark Box Office or call 954-602-4500 before your performance date. The Box Office will be happy to provide a lost ticket pass to you for your scheduled performance. Lost ticket passes can be picked up at the box office on the day of the show only.

Will Call tickets can only be picked up at the Will Call Window located at the Box Office with valid ID. In the event that you cannot pick up your tickets, or would like to have another patron pick up our tickets, please notify the Box Office of this change. The Box Office will only release Will Call tickets to the valid patron listed on the order with ID.
