Our dedicated Community Theatre youth will present Shakespeare in the Park: Hamlet in the Hood produced by JoMarie Payton! Enjoy an afternoon in the park and watch the Miramar Community Theatre put on a one of a kind free performance filled with comedy and fun for the entire family! South Florida Chamber Ensemble Program 4: Disability Rights

Program 4: Disability Rights is a partnership with Arts4All Florida, an organization dedicated to providing arts education and arts integration programs to people with disabilities. To celebrate World Poetry Day, we are asking Broward County School students with disabilities in grades k-12 to submit poems to us and with the help of Arts4All Florida we will select up to ten poems to be read by their authors . The rest of the concert will include music by composers with disabilities including Beethovens Symphony No. 5, Rodrigos Concierto dAranjuez, and Jupiter from Gustav Holsts The Planets. The onstage program notes will include information about each composers disability and how they were able to overcome it in order to be a successful composer.
