MCC presents Adult Basic Ballet! This class is typically for beginners who have had little to no previous training but may also include advanced students or retired professionals. No matter your experience the purpose of this class is to provide training without the pressure of pursuing a career. You will clear your mind and feel a sense of calm. Remember, whether you are 25 or 65 you are never too old to learn Ballet. Ballet for adults class to improve your flexibility as it stretches out many of the major and minor muscle groups while also improving stamina, coordination and posture.
